Marilyn began her career as an on-air personality in Pittsburgh, PA after graduating from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and Theatre, and transitioning naturally into a voiceover/video career. 

Marilyn will always have a personal relationship  with Pittsburgh, but a 'no snow zone' is now part of her lifestyle in Southwest Florida, where she calls Naples home.

She has appeared frequently on the Home Shopping Network for a jewelry cleaner, with a national and international audience in the millions.
